on recommendation of the Ombudsman for Good Scientific Practice, I wrote to the Hungarian ministry in charge of the National Gallery about the pending plagiarism issue regarding my research into the Unger playing card making and artist family. The letter can be found below. I find it hard to believe that a simple citation has seemed like asking too much. I am making this public still hoping for a resolution.
